Scanning hd ch on 82 no work. SD scanning works. I have a vs 9000hd with 8psk module

You have to live above lets say draw a line from New York, Chicago, to Portland Oregon to pick up 82 West, when they changed it out the new foot print was moved North to service Canada better, it is for Canadian programming.
