signal problem on 118

Hi,
I have two separate dishes.one for 110 and one for 118,both have two separate switches but connecte to two rceivers.I have 110 good q and s but 118 there is no signal on both receivers only 110 is very good q and s.Need help for 118.118 has big dish. need help.I have nfusion phoenix.Thanking you all in advance.

Check the wiring to the switches, check the alignment of the dish pointed to 118.75w, and check the lnb. Maybe post what lnb and switches you are using and the setup in your menu for that satellite.

What receiver settings are you using? What kind of lnb do you have on the dish? If it is pointed correctly at 118W, you should also be receiving 119W.

Check on sw what position you are using but is correct 118 satellite or you means 119?
