Setting up 2 receivers?

Hey folks..how do i hook up 2 receievers to the motorized sg2100?

You cant.

You can only control the motor with one receiver, if you try to use 2 it will hopelessly confuse the motor as the motor wont know where it was/is when you switch back to/from the other receiver.

It has to go from one receiver to the motor then a switch (4x4 to run the second receiver) and then the LNB.

Or if you use the Invacom LNB it has dual outputs, that way all you need is a 22 KHz switch for each receiver. (one receiver to the motor then the switch, the other receiver can go directly to the switch)

If you can afford two dishes and you have several people in the home (like kids) that may want to watch cartoons or Discovery while you are in another room watching a different sat then each receiver having its own dish and motor would probably be the way to go.
