What size dish/lnb do I need to aim to 77W?

Hi, I currently have a 1000.2 dish with the triple LNB. I have a 31" dish just there not pointing at anything. I don't know how to aim though. Would I be able to get 77 in Los Angeles, CA? I only want it to get 1, yes only one channel from there. I want ExaTV and I think it's free right now. What LNB would I need?

Go to dishpointer,com - it will give you pointing coordinates and minimum dish size from your location.

It says any size dish. Thanks. What do I need to aim? I've never done it before. I tried once and failed. haha
