Shortly after Midnight today, T-Mobile USA announced that Microsoft owned Danger Inc. will be closing it's doors on May 31st, 2011. They announced that they will be offering incentives for existing customers who choose to stay on with the company. They also introduced a new web tool to make the transition to a new phone easier, including moving contact and calendar information.
