Phone suggestions/input please

Good day all,

Unsure of appropriate location, so here it is. What I am looking for is a "smart phone" of sorts but for use with a land line. Specifically a cordless phone with maybe some sort of wifi functionality (touch screen for surfing maybe)

Anyone seen anything like this?

dont really have a specific objective, well how about this. I am looking for a home phone that has a touch screen with wifi capabilities (screen on the back for surfing the web)

Really I am just a gadget dude and thought something like this would be coolio

Reason I'm asking is because I have a smart cell phone with all the bells and whistles but I never use it at home . What I did acquire recently is one of those small eee pcs - can't live without the...

Thanks for the input (I knew I could count the site for input), certainly I will look into the suggestions, but I am really leaning towards a land line (conventional phone)

I do not believe that the technology exists for what you are looking for . There is no reason to put in all that effort into something that can be done with cell phone technology .
Now I have accessed the web with a smart cell phone that did not have cell connectivity using a wifi connection to a router , depending on the phone you can even make phone calls using this method .
