SG2100 and Dn

Hey folks..been trying to get the free channels on Dn so i can convert the pal to ntsc..using the Sg2100 motor with a universal LNB..got a channel file loaded that has the unviersal lnb settings..any ideas?

What exactly is your question ?

If you are attempting to setup your motorized dish for the first time using a b**tar**ized nf receiver I would suggest that you consider using another brand .

wondering why i cant see the free unencrypted channels..sorry man ...been a long weekend moving..lol

You have to get the dish to 110 or 119 - in order to do so with a motor you either have to be able to get to antenna settings and setup usals or diseqc . That can't happen with a t54 nf receiver that has not been fully setup .

Do you have another receiver you can use to move the dish to 119 ? Once there you can connect it to your nf and go from there .

If the dish is pointed at 119 and you can't get the free channel to work than the problem you are having has nothing to go with your motor .

You did restore the receiver back to original nf ? Than loaded t54 as per the instructions( which you should have memorized by now) , including the appropriate channel file ?

btw - remove the switch( if so equipped) when doing the initial setup.

yea i know the install off by heart..lol..yea i restored the Nf back to original, and reloaded the boris file..I have the scrolling screen..just cant get the pic an sound..ok i'll keep on playin
