Antenna

Sorry if I post in the wrong forum.I need some help with an indoor antenna for my mom.She has recently been place in a retirement home and has limited space and can not hook up an outdoor style antenna.I looking for like the old bunny ear style,but the updated version for her.Any recommendations that will work for her in southern ontario.Thanks

There is no "updated style", it's all marketing.... Any indoor antenna will work fine, but get one that has the UHF loop as well.

It all depends on where she is in relation to the TV transmitters, if she is close say within 30 to 40 miles (or less) then an indoor amplified antenna may work, if she is in multi-room building and there is a lot of concrete (or wood) between her and the direction the signals are coming from then there could be problems.

It would be better if she was on a top floor with a window facing the transmitters.

It all depends on location.
