OK----a while ago I wrote a thread ripping the NFL for their utter stupidity in giving New York/New Jersey the 2014 Super Bowl. Besides their blind stupidity I had suggested payoffs (lobby) etc had gone from New York to NFL officials. A few members gave me a few minor jabs etc in suggesting I had something against "old time football" (which I love BTW)--but not for the Super Bowl that has so much money involved in the production and selling of the game. Ticket prices and everything surrounding the game are thru the roof needless to say------
Speaking of roofs?.....The New Meadowlands Stadium where the Super Bowl is to be played...has no roof----that`s right they`ll play it outside, in New York, in February!!!
Now those that argued with me on the lunacy of this plan can do themselves a favor-------
get yourselves a map of the USA......
find New York on the map.....
google the weather map and find the mean temperature in Feb in New York....
Now google the weather pattern for today that`s covering New York...
Now google live TV coverage of the weather in New York......
Well......................???? still think it`s a good idea?
Note----realizing that New York will probably not get hit by this major snowstorm in the midwest--this time!!
