Looking at the Wikipedia result for superdish, it looks like you use the one mounted on the side for 121 or 105 and the two mounted together for 110 and 119. though the update kit is for 61.5 and 129 (wiki again), so best guess is that you are not using the right pointing.

you should be grabbing 129 on the one on the side

What type/version of super dish?
If it was an old 110/119/121 and you have updated it to try and receive 110/119/129 with a new 3 LNB bracket (3 separate LNB’s) you need (looking from the back of the dish ) the LNB's positioned with 129 on the left, 119 in the middle and 110 on the right, then the 3 outputs are run into a DiSEqC switch, port 1 = 119, port 2 = 110 and port 3 = 129.
However the old 121 dish does not have the beamwidth to receive 129 properly.
Or if you have installed the new triple LNB from Dish then it could be that your receiver cant supply the DC current to run that type of LNB, look on the back of your receiver were the coax from the LNB attaches, if it says 500 mA max then you don’t have the power to run the triple LNB.
More info on your equipment would help us a lot.
