i was just wondering. i know some people are using a crossover ethernet cable from laptop to receiver and they switch the laptop to allow internet sharing. i was wondering if this is possible with a ps3? could a fta receiver be hooked up to a ps3 and share the internect connection? the ps3 is hooked up to a wireless router in my house.

ICS=Internet Connection Sharing
You need ICS software to bridge the connections.... A PS3, as far as I know, can't bridge network connections.
