Keyboard by using just a mouse?

Is there a program or something that will allow me to right click on an address bar, have a window pop up and be able to type in letters just using a mouse? I ask this because I have my notebook hooked up via HDMI port to my tv. I have a wireless mouse. I can sit back on my couch and access my computer all I want except typing:bawl:

You can use the mouse to push keyboard buttons in windows

Start -> program files -> accessories -> accessibility -> on screen keyboard
