Anyone keeping up with this case ??
Some users of the service which was taken down by DN are now getting demand letters similar to those that Dave sent out.
They demand the usual $3500. or see you in court.
They have collected CC receipts and email confirmations.
This service was located in Canada and I think that plays a huge roll in this.
With the paper trail so strong... it's gonna be hard to beat.
Verify without a doubt who it is your signing up with and where they are located.

The same way people seem to think they are real ;)

As I said, until someone comes forward and says " WTF...I got one of these DN letters." Then it is a rumour.

I dunno KenKell1 - with all the posts on all the forums about Dark Angel, if it wasn't true I would have expected Justin to have posted a rebuttal.

It would sure be nice if it was an elaborate hoax though.

If Justin is Dark Angel I seriously doubt he would be posting anything ..Specially with the ongoing court case..
