How to upload to thumb drive

I have VLC and have downloaded and played red Green on my computer but what format,and how do I,get it on my thumb drive to play via my SV 360p PVR to watch on TV?Thanks

To send a file to thumb drive. You could drag and drop it to that. Or you could right click file you wish to move and go to send to>>> and choose the thumb drive location and left click on that. It will send it there.

I am not sure what play back format sv360p uses, but most third party softwares convert almost anything to anything. I personally use winavi all in one.

Thanks.I tried that but nothing 'shows up' in the PVR menu but something is there (Perhaps the wrong format?) because it shows only 835mb left on the (Ig)thumb drive.??
