Hi Guy's,
I would like to know how to connect 1 dish to 2 receivers. I have now a 36" dish with a dual output LNB that is set to get me 119 & 118 and another dish for 110 with also a dual LNB output, in my living room using a Neosat. I have a Diseqc switch port 1 for 119, 118 and port 2 for 110. When i try to install my Dreambox in the kitchen using the second LNB output for 119, 118, and 110 output, connected to a second Diseqc switch, the living room receiver freezes. I tried a couple of things, but the living room receiver kepps on freezing as soon as i turn on the kitchen receiver.
How do you guy's have this setup done?
I know it could be done before IKS , does it have anything to do with internet connection?
Thanks for the feedback.

it could be an ip conflict in your router ,They might be using the same ips make sure ip pool string is large enough

do you lose Q when the 2nd receiver is turn on? , if so you probably have a leaking(feedback) disqec switch
had lots of problems with Chieta switches doing this

Are you using static ip's or is your router set up to
supply the ip's to each device as it is turned on?!?!?!

As Tor, said Ip pool is very important and if you have a device
using an ip and then another device has the same ip well that will
through the router into a fit and you will loose your internet connectivity...

When you loose it is it signal error or is it a server communication error???

Another problem, and you see this when a 2nd receiver is added to the mix, is Grounding or lack there of. All dishes, cables(using 2.5GHz grounding block), and especially switches need to be grounded using 10ga insulted copper wire to an earth ground.
