Must be something on your end, no issues here on Amc 1. What size dish are you using and what type of feed?

It could be interference from Galaxy 15, it is approaching that location.
That satellite (Galaxy 15) is out of control and wondering its way threw the Clark belt, it is a "C" band satellite, they lost all contact and control of it early this year and its transponders are still in operation with some at full power and all with out any channel data on them, they could not shut them down, this is like keying a radio transmitter and not speaking into the microphone, no audio but there is a carrier wave, that carrier wave will interfere with the other TP’s on other “C” band satellites as it pass them by if they are close to the same frequencies.
You may or may not receive this interference depending on your location and AZ to the satellites, it all depends on the angles
.

Sorry about the post in the wrong place .
I use a 1.2 meter offset dish with a dmx741 Lnb
with a invacom Quad Polar side car Lnb.
Rotating it with a SG-2100 motor works great haven't
had any trouble till now soon as I get a warmer day's
I will go out and check inclination angles maybe frost
hev's under the mount.
Thanks from Alberta

We talking about the same satellite/setup as your first post?
You cant effectively receive "C" band transponders with that setup, the dish is a bit too small.

Several tp on that sat can be very weak. I attempted it with my 6' solid and just couldn't scan in any channels although I did have some signal quality. I use my 10' bud for c band sats.
Amc 1 is due to be changed, hopefully its replacement will be easier to scan in. And I would suggest a bigger dish for c band, at least 8'.
I gotta agree with Terryl & costactc my friend.
I had a 48" mini & although I could get many signals they were just too weak to be watchable.
I bought a 7.5 foot & was impressed. Then a 10' came around & bingo many more came up that my 7.5 just couldn't pull in well. Again. I think your dish is just too small. Honestly a 48" mini is a expensive toy.

I wasn't complaining about over all reception I've been very pleased I
get most every thing I scan for just that Amc 1 just dropped off the
screen signal strenght 81 Quality 61 then it was gone overnight about
5 days ago all other Sat reception has been Ok one day I will try a larger
dish but space is a problem were I am.
Thanks again

I apologize I sure didn't take your post as a complaint.
That is a great signal for a mini...
Can you make sure your motor is still tight?
Those SG2100 have plastic gears in them. That is a large dish for a DiSEqC motor...Those 48" offsets catch a lot of wind.
I'll check mine when I get home & post my Q
Edit:
My Q on 3840 is 75%
I have a total of 35 open channels
