Hey all,
I wanted to add another receiver in my house. My current setup is as follows:
110/119/91 to a 4x1 disq switch outside then 1 cable coming in to the house to the receiver.
I would like to know if it is possible to put a sw21 or 22khz switch to split the one cable into 2 receivers in the house or if i have to run another cable coming in.

That won't work - you would be able to watch only 1 receiver at a time . You will have to add a multi switch or replicate the existing setup . Either way you will have to run 2 cables into the house .

Any 4x4 switch will work , if you will only have 2 receivers the cheapest way to go would be another diseqc switch and replicate your setup by connecting to the 2nd port on each lnb.

No matter what, you can't get around running a second cable into the house for the second receiver. LNBs are voltage controlled, so two receivers sharing a single cable would fight each other during channel selection.

2 receivers = 2 cables
Simply setup(second diagram in the pic below)
