Samsung 46 LCD TV problem

Hi All,

I had this tv for three years; usually when I turn it on, I will heard a "click" sound then the picture will come arround 5 second; but recently I heard 4-5 time "click" sound then picture come. Any expert know what happen?

I recently had this problem on a set purchased in 2007. It has to do with bad caps on the power board. There was a recall on it.

Call Samsung, if your serial number is on the list, they will do a one time free repair.

Finally I got this fix by replace two cap can$4 by myself, the TV on within 5 second.

I had exactly the same problem with mine. Install bigger capacitors. It's a known Samsung problem. I didn't know about the recall though. Thanx Jayin.
