Old style SC LNB

A year or 2 ago at Talk Imentioned that I cut the old type S C LNB in 2 and used each indivudally.Some people weren't familiar with it and I had no capability to post pics.Here they are.#! shows the 2 halves in their original configuration(you can see where they're cut)#2&3 show the current style and#4 shows them seperated.

You planning on using both? Would they work?

I have 5,I think.#6 stayed at my old home.I've been using them for 2-3 years now.I used it's flat edge to kiss the 119 lnb in order to get 123 on the same dish about 3 yr ago.

Cool, I've never tried one of those lnb before, good info.:thumbsup:

I always look for them on houses and have only noticed 2 houses on the highway between home and Amherst,although I'm sure they're are still many around.
