Simple...This a d-link router....Be glad that it is blocking it..D-link see it as an attack...A router is all so a hardwire firewall..but not full sircure .
As long as your bandwidth is not slowed down..or usage and and you see no unwanted connection..your fine .
That is a incoming..you can google that ip if your worried..
PS I think you posted in wrong section . and not a good idea to post ip's
Cheers

I doubt it...as they will be packs and I doubt you see it tring to connect .
But we should be in another section .Before we go on .

Seems I need to explain more...
limey with the no server connect issue
2 different d-link routers
did have intermittent server 1 connect but no go
I posted the router log in an attempt to find out if the router was blocking the incoming data I needed
now switched to linksys...we'll see

I have never seen a router block incoming packs for a hub .Unless you have the firwall setting to block .
I normally set the hub with a reserved ip threw DCHP ..than set that ip to DMZ .
that will make it wide open for the hub .
As far as connection..If you thing you have a problem with router...just reset it ..start over .
