I have 2 LNBs that stop working. I have off/on the cables both to the LNB and switch and I only can get S 70-75% and Q 0%. What do I need to do?

Could be your dish moved.
Could be the switch died.
Could be the cable from the switch to the receiver cracked (tho usualy you would see a drop in the S reading aswell).
Start with removing the switch (use a barrel connector to by-pass the switch) and run each LNB direct to the receiver and re-test them again.
Don't forget to turn your receiver off with the back switch befor unhooking anything in your system.

First of all it may not be an lnb problem but maybe a settings issue. I need to know what stb you have, where your dish is pointed and your settings for those says.

Pretty sure the fact he has some signal indication means the LNB's aren't dead and have power, if both LNB's quit sending at the same time i'd guess maybe the dish got bumped or moved somehow.

You need to post up some information.
Currently we have no Idea what receiver you have.
Nor do we know what Dish or LNB, or what switches you are using ---If any.
Nor do we know what your antenna settings are.
No Information posted = No help received.
