D*sh Network v. Cho
Mamertine, Inc. (NFusion, Inc.)

Defendants Michael Cho and Jason Cho are satellite pirates who distribute devices that enable comsumers to illegally intercept and decrypt D*SH Network's pay-television programming without authorization and without payment of a subscription fee to D*SH Network. Michael Cho and Jason Cho perform their illegal acts individually and under the name of their business Mamertine, Inc. d/b/a NFUSION and NFUSION, Inc.

Each defendant individually, and together, does business as NFusion and NFusion, Inc. (including using various alternate spellings such as "nfusion," collectively "NFusion"). NFusion is an assumed name and d/b/a of Michael Cho, Jason Cho, and Mamertine, Inc. NFusion is also the brand name defendants use for their satellite receivers.

Defendants are involved in and/or are responsible for designing, developing, manufacturing, importing, distributing, trafficking-in, promoting and servicing piracy devices called NFusion Receivers and/or components thereof (collectively "NFusion Receivers"), and other circumvention devices and/or components thereof including NFusion 8PSK Turbo Board and NFusion pirate software.

Defendants' NFusion Receivers and pirate software are designed to and utilize a new form of satellite piracy known as Internet Key Sharing ("IKS") (and sometimes referred to as Control Word Sharing).

NFusion Receivers are designed for and do engage in IKS piracy.

Hey is it me or does the date look fake on that document (the very first one)!!!

i will ask A_Z_A about the date, if she is arround another forum this weekend

thank you !

that is the explanation

This and the other documents are from the United Ustates Federal District Courts' "Electronic Filing" System. Document 11-1 is from there. It is a true copy and was placed on the docket on September 10, 2010. The date in the middle has no bearing as to when it was made available for the public.

voila :)
