happened to me in Ft Mc Murray fighting a fire. the fire crew only had enough pressure to soak me ahead of them. froze my coveralls solid around me and kept me warm inside. was not able to let go of the hose. You could hear the frozen water spray hit the ground. You shouldn't fight an oil fire with water.
