one persons thoughts of expressing this time of year that others do not like, in this state you will get ticketed if you turn the lights on, the HP states its a distraction, i would think you would need some sort of inverter to make them work? must have used a couple of rolls of scotch tape to hold it all on,

I've seen that before ...
People do that when they are in the Santa Claus Parade ...
They put the kids in the car and follow the parade,,
kids waving at the on lookers ... it's kinda cool

There are cars near me all decked out with LEDs all over the car. They are definitely on some matrix controllers because they are pretty sophisticated with all fancy schemes and even putting up drawings/writing all over the hood and doors.
First one I had seen was at a dealer off the highway.. But then I was on the service road and my daughter pointed out to another one at the gas station. And then I saw another about 2 blocks from my home in a driveway, sitting right next to those ugly cybertrucks :)

Never really got close enough to see how they were all attached, but I hope that it is not scotch tape on those :)
