9000i Channel Guide

I've been using the FAV button to download the 7 day guide on this 9000i which has worked well until recently. Now when I hit the fav button it loads to 6% and then just kicks me back out to the blank unpopulated guide.

I put a new usb stick in the back and formatted it which didn't help.

Any ideas on what's going on would be much appreciated.

I got the same issue and I also noticed that the first 19 transponders on niiq 6 have no signal but the last 12 are perfect signal.so I am assuming that may be the issue as I could never get much of a guide on with just nimiq 4 till I set up nimiq 6.if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears as I went through my dish trying to repoint but cannot get anything on the first 19 transponders of nimiq 6 unless I change my lnb type to 10600 I can get signal on all but first 6 but no picture as my lnb is a dish pro 11250

Not sure what that quote is all about but I was just about to reply as I see elsewhere on here that nimiq 6 is changing transponder settings will have to just wait for someone much smarter than I to get this sorted out if its even possible.
