On a particular live channel there is no audio.
What are my options to try and get the audio to work?
I have tried both the players, no difference.
I have tried the stream formats, no difference.
Are you able to choose another player from within the buzz menu, as I have VLC installed but it's not there to choose.
I have a android device with a different app and the audio on this particular channel works ok.
Just interested if there is a method/work-around I am not aware of.
Thanks.

when I get English, stereo, 0.19 for audio the box volume is disabled and I have to use the top volume buutons to control sound
I get it periodically on other channels like tbs and laff tv

I tried the top volume buttons on the buzz remote and it doesn't make the volume work (on that channel).
Appreciate your suggestions though.
I will drop Buzz a message.
Thanks.

Yes, they control the TV volume, not the box volume.

This is the reply received from Buzz:
Thank you for reaching out to BuzzTV.
The Backup player we include is an integrated version of VLC that contains most codecs including AC3. The issue might lie somewhere else like the way the channel stream is being encoded.
Unfortunately, sometimes some providers simply have compatibility issues with our live tv.
