One channel won't work

With a T5 the comedy channel # is 1625 correct ? have you tried a re-scan lately, and hows the signal strength on it.

I have rescind a few times, it didn't help. The signal is about half way across , but like I said before on a dull day the signal is blue, on bright days the signal is red , I tried adjusting the bish and it doesn't help.

Are you getting any messages on TV showing up like "Bad Signal/No Signal" or something

Are there any switches in the setup, and how old is the power adapter (plugs in wall) has that been changed lately

Because the original ones that came with the box are junk & will fail, you need one that's 12v 4-6amp for the T5

to operate correctly.
