i can see something moving in there but video not very clear

in this day and age all most everyone has a cell phone that takes pictures, there were enough folks present that someone should have had their phone out recording, where is that picture?? and even if you do not have a cell there is the digital camera, you got time to call 911 then you have time to record what your squaking about, otherwise shut up its just fake.
