Ok 3 freezing

Probably the wrong spot but i have ok3 and it freezes or buffers for a sec or 2 gets very annoying what can i do to fix this

Mine are not freezing and the two channels you gave me earlier are not freezing either

well right know channel 31 and 66 they are the wrestling channels WTF can i do to fix it

It's running perfect no glitching
I have no issues fixing a channel that needs fixing

Check your internet connection find out what your ping is some people have issues with the ping being too slow sometimes. Just a suggestion if it’s not freezing for others I would check your internet..
