Anyone know what is going on with Jio? Won't boot up and the portal isn't working

my friends is down also rebooted everything sub is good till end of Jan. it comes up as cannot load portal got invalid response using a buzz x5

Down also, Authentication window only asking for user n pass.

Some are working some are not i can confirm.

You may need a VPN. Happened to me a few weeks ago. Now I have to use a VPN and it works.
