I have one client that asked about the NBA channels with OK2. Everything works fine until he tries to watch a game in the NBA section and then he gets 'stream not available'. All other channels still work. I myself have never tried those channels but will tonight just to see. ISP block on NBA channels? Also is using an XRS 4000.
Not sure what to tell him.......

If they are using an xrs4000, when the issue happens, have they tried to use the "other player" ?

If they go into settings, configuration, on the top they have the options for video player for LiveTV. Depending of what version of BuzzTV he is running, there is Primary, Default, Secondary, Backup, etc.. 2 options. Have him try the other one (from what is presently selected) when it happens.

Also, have they tried using a 3rd party app to see if it makes any difference ? If they are using a MAC type sub, they can try using STBEmu. If they are using an XC type sub (user/pass), they can try using IPTV Smarters. Just to see if the problem persists with other app.

I rarely watch sports, so I can't really comment on what works or doesn't when it comes to sports.

I thought about the player change after posting but did mention it to him to try. Hopefully that works. He is also still running buzztv4 if that matters.

Even with 4, It should still play if there is no blackouts or channel issues.

Hey, my XPL3000 still plays nearly everything and it is still running buzztv 2 :)

Changing players didn't work so I told him to try a vpn.
