OK2 Live Channel rewind

In the last few days, several live TV channels on OK2 have been abruptly rewinding. I would be watching say a news channel and suddenly it goes back by maybe a minute or two and replays the again sometimes more than once. This happening on my box and with 2 other friends as well.

Is this a known issue and being fixed? Anything we can do on our boxes (Buzz, MAG) to fix or minimize it?
