Rearrenging the shortcuts

I'm missing one step here please help
since I've updated it (version 5.4.125) I can't move my shortcuts like
I would like to have them sort.
They revert back to alphabetical order. I move them and place
them in the order I use them most and they revert back to
alphabetical order. What am I missing here is there a save
somewhere that I'm missing
and something else with this update that drives me nuts
my internet connection is excellent but it keeps disconnecting since
the update it wasn't before, it was very very stable now I have to
work with 2G instead of 5G because 5 keeps disconnecting but
when I do a speedtest the speed is there compare to 2G but it
keeps disconnecting

20221011 Firmware Version
5.0.775 Buzz 5 App Version (unless something newer came in since last week - but I was out of town and haven't checked yet)

Don't know where you got 5.4.125. Can you please elaborate ?

App version can be had directly from the LiveTV area, just hit the "Menu" key and you will see the version listed at the very bottom.
