replacing a clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing use to cost i think under $75- $100. been so long i for got, now its over $1,000 and that job, i can only imagine, but then if you can afford that car, its pocket change, interesting photo Thanks for sharing

had to change one on a John Derre tractor once, and also had to split the frame to do that

I had an old Case tractor from the 50's, I had to split it as well. I'm no expert on tractors but I think most of them use the torque tube as the frame.

That's the whole point. Now you have to go to the dealer & they can charge whatever they want!!
