Not sure this is worth mentioning.Way back 2008/9
i had a ipro 1000 amt n.america when support was stopped i searched
for a way to get it back up i knew that europe used ccam and newcamb
i joined a Pakistani forum after seeing an add for a protek 9600 it looked the same as a
ipro 1000 they had a coder on the forum Boris T. he had told me that they were the same motherboard
and that the newcamb bin for the protek 9600 would work on the ipro 1000 later nfusion nova phoenix
and the other one name escapes me.
Rumors have it that Boris T. has passed away i cant confirm this yet it was also a rumor that Boris T.
was the coder we knew here as Doctor T. maybe someone else could shed some light.

The unit in the pic is from 2017 it is not the unit in question it is on the down low for now.
Of course it will need third party help!like the box in the pic it will do iptv, tvheadend and iks.
from what i been told its in production but this is a rumor but is taking shape like when the
fta box wars came to the US.i dont know much more but sounds like they have been working
on this for awhile now.

maybe something lost in translation :)
years ago there was talk of using a satellite transponder to relay the control words instead of using the internet, is it possible that's what they are up to?

yes, you're right, some subtle differences, but it's still key sharing
when I said maybe something lost in translation I was wondering if by "outside of normal footprint" they meant outside of normal or conventional methods, because I'm pretty sure anything outside of a satellites normal footprint, would also be available inside the normal footprint ... assuming it's being broadcast by the same satellite

Which provider would be offered if this actually comes thru?

I sincerely doubt it would be for the North American market ...
as DU pointed out, it's still IKS so it would suffer the same fate as traditional IKS

I have tested many things over the years.
With private iptv what else does one need.
So far 4 years and counting for one service that will remain unnamed I haven't found anything yet that is so easy.
All hacks for years is constant cat and mouse

Back in the day i was more into DVB and had Skywalker turbo 8psk. There was a coder on a DVB site i use to belong whose name was Sierra. He developed a program called DVB Dream and scanning transponders was not necessary. He created a file routine that had Seeded transponders to scan automatically and download entire Tvguide for a week and a section for Dish Lnb's. It used both Newcamd and CCCam that all Europe uses for their Satellite stuff. What a great program, unfortunately IPTV is king of the road today
