no sat signal

Hoping some one can help...

I remember years ago that I accidently dicovered how to get sat signals when I did a factory reset twice after loading file...

I cannot remember the sequence and wondering if anyone has any insight...

I knew I should have written it down...

Thank in advance for any direction...

I followed the setup to a tee loading the 106 then the 121...but no sat signal

did you set up lnbs and switch settings?

DU is right, as usual.lol.
You will have to do your lnb & switch config as well as channel scans.

I have the setting set on sats exactly like the unit i have running now

I get red signal strength lines but not getting the blue signal line when all properties are set.

you're probably on a tp that's spotbeamed

It was the red card modul that was the issue guess its a bad one...changed it our from a working unit and poof bluee signal strength galore...good to go..thanks for the replies
