I have 2 single standard lnb on a 36" dish just as of late the 82 has been bouncing from the usual 90% S&Q to mid 50% causing pixelating. The 91 lnb is going strong at 90%+ on S&Q, no trees or leaves in the way. I don't think the dish has moved. Maybe needs a tweak? Fat bird may have sat on the 82 lnb? I just find it odd that only one of the lnb's would fall out of sync.

LNB maybe failing or corrosion at LNB/cable connection, any switches in the setup, or like you said
Dish needs a Tweak, Process of elimination to find your issue.

If you are getting the bad or no signal message showing on TV, then it could most likely be the power adapter (plugs in wall)
especially if it was the original that came with the T5, You need one with more power output 12v 3.5-5amp
It is the #1 issue with the DL-T4-5's known failure problem

I don't think the dish needs tweaking if it reaches 90q sometimes, unless it's as loose as a dick in a shirt sleeve. As mentioned look for bad cabling/connectors/lnb.If the dish is readily accesible, transpose the 2 lnbs for test purposes.

I upgraded the power adapter to 3.5 amp a while back seems to be working OK

OK, then I would try swapping the LNB's to rule them out or not, also check the connections there for corrosion etc.
You can also hook direct to 82 side to receiver & see if signal improves etc. Process of tracking it down to see what is causing
your issue.
