Were working on getting it resolved with Teamviewer directly

It seems the custom add on they made for us does not have support added for Android 11
That is why only screen share works

Were also working on a backup solution in the meantime to be included soon in a future update.

Update from buzz

Teamviewer got back to us today
We have to send them some logs for the issue

Once they review them, they will fix it for us



I don't have a timeline on this though, so please be patient

I guess I missed this thread but not sure if issue was fixed or not but I have been always able to screen share and file transfer from my PC to X5 and X5 to PC since day one. :)

is there anything we are missing with this program?
