Running the ok3 service on 2 firesticks using the STB Emu pro, 2 separate accounts. Have only had the service for about 3 weeks and I notice that only on the weekends, I am unable to watch any movies, tv shows, even adult channels as they freeze badly. I seem to be ok watching local channels and news channels, however. Is this a known problem or is there a setting to mess with? I initially was not using a VPN and added the Nord VPN and I thought it was fixed, but still happening. Wanted to think maybe the traffic over the weekends is alot more but this is something that is making me want to look for a different IPTV provider if I have to avoid those channels over the weekend.

There are 2 things I suggest you do in case the problem is at your end. 1/Unplug your router for a couple of minutes to reboot it. 2/ run Speedtest.net on your setup to see what the actual download speed is, then report back the results.

Disconnected the router yesterday for about 30 minutes plugged it back in same issue. Speed test is 230 mbps.

no freezing here
24 mbps at device
You can't use a vpn with ok3. Your issues are not server related
Make sure your stbemu is up to date Free pro version is available in stickys
Also get your reseller to reset your mac

Just updated STBEmu in sticky to the latest version, just released hours ago.
Had a buddy a few months ago who also had a few issues with ok2 freezing on only 1 of his 2 boxes. Had him power down his box, and then I reset his MAC and he hasn't had an issue since.

Without the VPN I believe my Internet provider is throttling my Internet. When I turn the VPN off it freezes every five seconds. Turn it back on and it’s fine

According to my reseller, he is waiting for an update from ok3. Since yesterday and all day today it freezes and buffers about every 3 to 5 minutes.

I have noticed some times, some channels freeze more than others at times, of course its the ones I like to watch. today has been good , never really had a an issue with VOD or any other apps.
And yes I reboot modem router and box often,, nothing is Perfect!
so we keep testing!

when I hear others saying they don't have an issue then I question it. right now I am having an issue that the reseller says is on ok3's end but that doesn't explain the issues with freezing up on the weekends.

what issue are you having right now other than the weekend issue? Your post only mentions weekends
Did your reseller reset your mac? He says its on oks end? If there were issues i would know and there are minor issues only

I don't have any issues on the weekends or any other times Occasional freezing which I report that's it

Right now I am at home all week and yesterday was fine, today same issue as the other day. No matter what channel I watch, it freezes every 10 seconds to every few minutes. Happens on both of my accounts.

Yes I am. As of right now it is working fine.
What you have to understand is that the server has NOT been having issues except for minor issues on some channels
There is no website for ok3 either That site whatever it is would be a resellers
