MAC use

I have been having problems off and on with using a sub that uses the MAC address. At times it will not connect to the server. Will doing a hard reset possibly correct? Also for sometime now I haven`t been able to install using the USB port with App Installer. Any help would be appreciated.

Anything is possible Does the server have more than one url,?

Thanks for the reply. Found out I can not run a VPN and use a MAC program. Shut down VPN and all is good.

that just means the service you use locked your ISP
