Wicked USA Mlb question

I have a question. Watching the Chicago White Sox/ Detroit Baseball game it stopped in the middle of an at bat in the 6th inning and a test card with a scrolling message "channel live when event airing" message scrolled. I have noticed this happening at random times with Preseason games and games so far in the regular season. I have another service that I switch to and the game is still playing. What is causing this?

With the batter in the middle of an at bat and then the game doesn't come back. The music with it is also much louder almost making me jump out of my chair.
