Well since the DG380 is on back order until middle of June. I want to know if there is a motor better or as good as the DG380?
I really don't feel like sitting around waiting for them (DG380) if there is a motor as good or better.
I need a motor that will handle a 1m dish (about 27lbs) and has a 42mm shaft for a pole mount bracket not a u-bolt bracket.
Any ideas?
Thanks

You mean there on back order at Sadoun? Why dont you google it and see if other sat stores carry that motor. If not, I would recommend the Stab120- a little slow but solid and if I'm not mistaken it can handle up to 37 lbs.

Sg2100 is a motor I'm using as well and I haven't had issues either but it is meant for 90cm-1m dish. In this case the member has a 1m dish which is heavier than most 1m dishes out there today.

Man this is really starting to tick me off. The STAB is a 55mm tube I need a 42. I called about the SG9210 it has a 55mm tube and the guys said that he would have to wait until the next shipment to see if those come with the 42mm.
I can not find many sites other than the few that pop up searching for any type motor.
Any help on where I can get a hh 120 or the SG9120 I need the 42mm shaft so it will fit the DN bracket. If I can not find anything I will have to figure out a way to get a setup on the bracket I made for a u-bolt setup I guess. I really don't want to do that I would love to get a motor that has a 42mm shaft.
Thanks

The sg6000 would be able to move your dish.

Rick's, nice people.
I just ordered the 6000 it will do the trick, I am just woundering about the info below form galaxy - marketing site. The one I got is not a Sonset don't know if that matters but, I will try it if I don't like it will have to wait for the DG380 I guess. The reason I say that is on the box it says sg6000.com and that is not the same site or motor as the Sonset.
Does it matter?
Thanks

I don't think it matters at all. Rick's is a great place to pick up sat stuff, only the best quality.
