Epg not updating on tivimate premium using ok3

Just wondering why my epg is not updating on my paid tivimate player. I'm using ok3. I've tried clearing epg & the update epg, but only getting "no information". I am using a firestick. Anybody else experiencing the same problem, if so how did you correct this problem. Thanks for any help on this.

MAC or XC line ?

I know they used to turn off EPG during peak times for a while. Not sure if this is still an issue. OK2 had been pretty well populated on my Buzz (have not checked OK3).

Had you ever installed the hacked version of Tivimate on that firestick ? One of the side effects of the haked version was the EPG stopping to get populated after 15 days. Have you tried going into the "apps" section and "clear cache" and if that doesn't work "clear data" ? Keep in mind with Clear Data you will need to reenter all your portal info, and lose any favorites.

I am using stalker, using my mac address. I cleared my data & cache yesterday from the tivimate app & also through the app section in the firestick app section. On epg source settings I also turned on default, if that makes a difference. I still get no information on the guide. I never used the hacked version of tivimate. I did watch a utube video on this subject.Thanks for the help.

Are you still having issues?

I have 3 firestick all with the same epg issue that only 20 channels will successfully update the epg and all other channels are showing no information. I've also tried clearing and updating the epg over tivimate and clearing cache. This is using the paid subscription of tivimate for all 3 firestick.
