Does anyone else have problem with the epg. Some days it’s there some it’s not. Would the version of stb effect this or is it something to do with the actual service

there have been a few days where the tech guys have had to shut it off to do some server work

I have noticed its been off when setting up some new boxes
I dont notice it much on my buzz because it stores 7 days

It comes and goes as everyone else.
Certain days it’s there and then it disappeared. When it does comes back it’s not accurate
