If your server supports it it should have an icon in the guide

you can either press guide and scroll back to pick a time/show or press the rewind button

I usually highlight the channel that has catchup icon and press right arrow and it gives me a small window with all that you want to pick and play :)

I checked for updates, and tells me none available.

Watching a channel. press ok. I see the circular icon. Press right arrow. Press up arrow two or three times to select a showing that has ended. Press ok. Now I see the spinning circle, then the bubble at the bottom with media format not supported.

Yes, tried default and secondary. Also rebooted the box after changing. Also tried all three stream type settings.

I just tried it and a couple had no stream available
on third channel it worked
