Out 0f sync

My xrs4500 sometimes the picture is out of sync. Is there a setting some where that can be adjusted to help this problem. I have tried rebooting the box and the WIFI but doesn`t help. My internet speed is good. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem can also be channel feed to server.If other channels play ok then this is the problem.

Been there did that and after changing player other channels or an other channel would be out of sync.Why is it most play ok but you get the odd ball channel?

Yes I changed player but the problem repeated on other channel that were working fine a with a different player.I did not check every channel only channels of interest.But was not checking just finding something else to watch.

if I go back to previous channel of course I need to switch again
