Buzz 4900 no guide

No sure what I did but my box won’t play anything VOD regular tv nothing? All I did was try and set the EPG and now it won’t populate either, I cleared the cashe and rebooted and nothing , any help would be great, I reset the box and the same deal

and you cleared epg after changing time offset?
did you wait for a bit before exiting?

I would factory reset the box
maybe something corrupted in the box when changing epg offset

everything server side is running good


after factory reset of box and re input of the server info we could go from there if still issues
