ok3 stuck at loading....

received few complaints

i checked and it stucks at loading....

I can confirm. It is stuck on loading channels on 1 box so far. I had the end user Clear data, factory default the box, and still stuck at the same screen. Reset the Mac in the panel didn’t resolve the issue .

His backup sub is connecting fine through the Mac based setup on a different server. Should have turned off my cell phone. Woke me up after working all night.
Sub has only 3 days left before it expires. Maybe I will wait until it expires, delete it and then reactivate.
Unit is a buzz 4000.

I didn’t receive anymore reports yet except this one person. Maybe the others are at work.

Same thing here, but the VOD works.. and any other APPS I try work.
