Been watching for last two hours ,no issues

All in all pretty good except for a few stubborn channels that I have passed the info onto Herk to check it out about the freezing.
Problem is so intermittent during the day and seems to become worse around 10:20 at night.
I have witnessed it and others brought it to my attention.
Blame it on Christmas as that’s what there playing mostly these days.

Channel changes just became really slow for me

I have been having the same issue. Sometimes will load up then will watch t.v but then when change channel freezes then reboot and bar won't go past about 80%. Running Android box with STB Emulator,

The service has been running great all day until 15 minutes ago when channel changes became slow.Shieldz is down and I am trying to help him

I’m not trying to post something negative, I’m just stating my experience the past two days so far. Especially if you sell the service you need to answer your customers as well. My service has been spotty. Some times it works some times it doesn’t

that could be on userend side like network related, or ISP...etc :)

true but if those 5 customers are in same area or in different area but same ISP then outage or ISP related issue can be seen at same time :)
