Can on of the Mod's move this to the correct place.
I am not sure where to post my question or if there is even a place on the site to post it.
Here we go... I will be traveling in an RV/Van for a few weeks and would like to know of a way (easy way) to stream TV and Local channels with a cell phone link via mobile Hot spot or tethering. What streaming sites or programs are available (hopefully free). i would like to connect to the cell phone and watch TV/sports on a laptop while the van /RV is moving down the roadways then be able to connect to a TV while in motel or inn at night.
Can I connect to a TV from the cell phone or laptop? What is the best way?
Thank you for you help. You can PM me if you have answers/questions or another site that I need to pose the question on.
Oh yes I have a 4500 Buzz unit but don't want to chance loosing my donation while traveling so I prefer not to connect to IPTV unless I have too. I am not to good a KODI since there latest upgrade.
Apologies if I wasn't supposed to posts here.

I agree with du and using the 4500
Tethering to your phone is easy
I see no reason you would lose your donation for iptv

ITV Player. It’s an orange icon if your looking for it. It Might not be available in Canada anymore, so switch countries to US and you’ll be ok.
App works on Mac equipment iPhone iPad etc. Probably android units also, (I don’t have one to try)
Feed your buzztv MAC ID (if that’s what your using) and sub info into it allow data or use wifi signal.
Watch your sub anywhere you have cell or wifi.
From that you can airplay to any device that supports that. Works great in the hotel or neighbours.

Yes, use the buzztv box if you want to carry a tv, a buzztv, remote control, all the attaching cables, some sort of power source to run it all. Lol! Please send pics!
On the other hand, if you want to pull out your hand held device & play tv without the hassle of the above.
You put the Mac ID and credentials in that is associated with your account which is on the buzz player. You can only use the buzztv or your device at a time. Not both at the same time or your provider is going to think your sharing your account.
No need to take your buzz tv anywhere. Leave it at home.
As I recall the app has a free period after so many mins you must purchase it to continue to use it. It was about the cost of a Starbucks coffee +tip.
The device your using, ie iPhone, iPad or whatever becomes the player. And it can be used anywhere you have a data connection, wifi or cell signal. Simple little emulator that works awesome!
Small update, I just checked on the app in apple apps and it says it’s not available in my area (land of ice &snow).
Maybe someone south of the border could see if it’s available there.
As for spoofing your location, I don’t know where to begin.

Why would I be carrying a tv?
cause you rented a sleaze bag motel that doesn't provide one :tehe:
and he owns a garbage rv/van cause everyone I've seen has a tv as well
his attempt to belittle me just made him look like an azz
